Fin Forming

Roll Forming Capability
Jinku uses automated roll forming equipment to manufacture radiator fins in 226 mm, 300 mm and 520 mm widths. The process forms flutes and cuts fins to the required length. Jinku’s deep-drawn flute design supports even oil distribution across the fin width while maintaining oil flow.

Welding Capabilities

Dedicated Welding Setup
Jinku’s welding capabilities include servo-controlled spot welding and IGBT-controlled seam welding. These processes support consistent weld spacing, controlled welding operations and reliable fin construction.

Assembly Capabilities

Flexible Radiator Assembly
Radiator fins are positioned and tack-welded to prepared header pipes at a 50 mm pitch. Skilled operators carry out assembly to maintain the required fin spacing, dimensions and radiator configuration.

Leak Testing

Testing Before Dispatch
Every radiator undergoes pressure leak testing after welding. Radiators are pressurized and submerged in water to check for leakage. Each unit is inspected for leaks and dimensional accuracy before proceeding to the finishing stages.

Painting & Finishing

Controlled Surface Finishing
Jinku’s radiator finishing process includes surface preparation through shot blasting, followed by zinc-rich primer, MIO coating where required, and PU or epoxy top coats according to customer specifications. Internal surfaces are protected through flow varnishing using hot-oil-resistant varnish.

Finished Goods Storage

Finished radiators are stored and prepared for dispatch using protective packing materials, including wooden separators, foam wrapping and enclosed wooden crates, to support safe handling and transportation.
