Engineered for Effective Heat Transfer
Transformer radiator performance depends on fin dimensions, surface area and the circulation of oil through the radiator.

Fin Construction
Jinku manufactures radiator fins from 1 mm and 1.2 mm CRCA steel sheets. Formed flutes create internal channels that allow transformer oil to circulate through the fins and transfer heat to the surrounding air.

Header Pipe Construction
Header pipes distribute hot transformer oil into the radiator fins and return cooled oil to the transformer tank. Prepared slots at 50 mm intervals align with the fin arrangement and support oil circulation throughout the radiator.
