Flexible Configurations
for Transformer Applications

Jinku Flanged Radiators are designed for transformer applications requiring detachable radiator arrangements. Flanges are welded to the open ends of the header pipes, allowing the radiators to be bolted onto the transformer tank. Available in multiple fin widths, lengths and configurations, these radiators can be customized according to transformer cooling and installation requirements.

Available Configurations

Radiator configurations are specified by fin length, fin width, number of fins and connection type, helping customers select the required radiator arrangement.

Designed for Long-Term Protection

Transformer radiators operate in outdoor environments exposed to moisture, sunlight and changing temperatures. Jinku’s finishing process includes zinc-rich primer, MIO coating where required, and PU or epoxy top coats based on customer specifications. Internal surfaces are protected using hot-oil-resistant varnish to support long-term durability.

Built and Tested In-House

From roll forming and welding through assembly, finishing and leak testing, key manufacturing stages are carried out through Jinku’s established in-house processes.

Tested Before Dispatch

Every radiator is thoroughly tested after welding. Radiators are fully submerged in water with 2 kg/cm² internal pressure applied for 1 hour as part of the documented testing process.
